FAQ's

How Long is the Training Program?

8 weeks worth of value. Our programs include workout plans, Monday-Friday of each week accessible from your mobile phone or computer. You can do this training during the season or in the off-season.

Is Training In-Person or Online?

For now, this training is 100% online and accessible via mobile, laptop or computer. After your order is placed, you will be emailed a link to gain access to your workouts, mastermind and nutrition plan.

What Results Can I Expect?

Our students have earned hundreds of thousands of dollars in scholarships and some are actively participating in the NFL. After completing your training program, members can expect an advanced level of knowledge on the linebacker position. Expect an increase in strength, speed, agility and overall knowledge of the linebacker position.

Do I Need Equipment?

All you'll need is the clothes on your back and access to open field and weights. We even give you modifications you can use if you don't have access to these resources.
